Superior King Room offers generous space, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room's décor has a charming blend of modern and rustic elements, providing a cozy atmosphere that enhances relaxation.
The Wi-Fi in the room struggles, making streaming or use of the TV a challenge, which can be frustrating for some. Adjusting the room temperature proves tricky since the windows are cumbersome to operate due to the secondary double glazing, though it does keep external noise down. The breakfast selection, while modern with items like avocado toast, lacks sufficient gluten-free options and the dishes could be warmer, with the croissants suffering from being too soft and cold.

Had a great time with friends at this cozy place. We enjoyed a lovely carvery dinner that was delicious and served by friendly staff. Perfect spot for a family gathering or just relaxing over drinks. A must-try if you're visiting – they really know how to make you feel welcome!
We were a bit surprised by the early closing time of 11 PM, which felt a bit restrictive for a group gathering. Didn't expect to be sent to our rooms so early.

Awesome stay, loved the vibe!
We had a lovely 4-night stay and grabbed dinner at the pub 3 times! The food was solid and no-nonsense, really hit the spot—don't miss the breakfast, it's top-notch. Only bummer was the road noise with the window open. Staff were super friendly, especially Martyn and Shelley, who made us feel right at home.
